Relationships: Our Vital Driving Force

Re·la·tion·ship
/rəˈlāSH(ə)nˌSHip/

noun
the way in which two or more concepts, objects, or people are connected, or the state of being connected.

There are many reasons my personal focus has been on developing relationships this past year. Seizing every opportunity to meet with like-minded individuals, potential investors, industry experts, and individual contributors have been instrumental to the growth of Walls Property Group. Some of these relationships have provided new possibilities, some have provided clarity, others have taught me not to second guess my gut instinct. Some have produced discomfort, while others have contributed to not only my personal growth, but my growth as a leader.

As we head into 2020, I am determined to continue on this journey of growth; both personally and professionally. You’ll find me at more public appearances, panel discussions, and taking advantage of networking opportunities. I have recently become an official member of the Puget Sound Business Journal Leadership Trust and Forbes Real Estate Council, and I am excited to contribute my expertise through these platforms. I was also recently featured on the Real Estate Syndication Show with Whitney Sewell. I encourage you to listen, and provide feedback!

I’m committed to the success of our employees, residents, investors, 3rd party owners, and vendors. While I may not express this on a daily basis, you have all been a huge motivation throughout the transformation of WPG. I’m looking forward to the year ahead and can’t wait to see how current and future relationships will shape the success of Walls Property Group.

Interested in syndication opportunities? We’d love to hear from you!
