WPM Virtual 5k Benefitting the Ballard Food Bank

Although the Walls Property Management Team has rapidly adjusted to the WA State Stay at Home order, our desire to be involved with the community has not subsided.  This past weekend, WPM team members individually participated in a virtual 5k.  We utilized the 5k platform as an opportunity to raise money for the Ballard Food Bank, and we are happy to announce that we will be donating $125.00.  We look forward to physically volunteering onsite once it is safe to do so!

Here’s what some of our team members had to say about their experience:

My favorite part of the 5K was running a new “track” that I hadn’t before and getting to show off my WPM swag.  The weather was also tough to beat!

The WPM Virtual 5k was a great motivation for my entire family to get out and be in nature and enjoy some much-needed exercise. Sometimes getting the kids out and moving is quite a challenge and having this extra motivation that our entire company was doing something together to benefit the Ballard Food Bank was just enough motivation for the kids! Big win for our crew!

It was nice to get outside, bond with the fam, and feel connected to the team!

This event allowed our employees to walk/run at their own pace, including their family members, feel connected to each other, and raise money for a great cause. Check out the photos from each of our journeys via the WPM social media platforms.  Walls Property Management looks forward to many more opportunities to connect with and support our community during these unrivaled times!
