April 2020 Update:

Due to the global results of COVID-19, Walls Property Management will be postponing its trip to Kenya.  We look forward to pursuing this opportunity in the future and encourage everyone to financially support other local non-profit organizations during this unprecedented time.

Coming soon: WPM Goes to Kenya!

Walls Property Management will be traveling to Kenya with Zosseo Overland Support in October 2020!

The primary goal of Zosseo Overland Support programs is to deliver treatment and preventative care for East Africans through mobile clinics. Though the needs of each community inform our activities, we typically provide extractions, preventive tooth decay treatments, tooth reconstructions, common pediatric oral care, dental health screenings, and other care. For those experiencing oral pain or discomfort, Zosseo Overland Support aims both to eliminate the source of pain and minimize the damage of infections. In the event that a patient requires intensive surgery that cannot be performed in the field, Zosseo Overland Support provides referrals and logistical support.

Ballard Boys & Girls Club

In November 2019, Walls Property Management sponsored the dessert table at the Ballard Boys and Girls Club’s Annual Turkey Dinner.  Our team was able to connect with the local community, hand out slices of pie, and provide some holiday cheer! This occasion provided us with the opportunity to connect, serve, and uphold our Core Values outside of the WPM Office.  We look forward to going above and beyond in every interaction at our next community outreach event!

Free Apartment Contest

Rents have increased quickly in Seattle and it has created a strain on many budgets. We can’t ease everyone’s housing budget, but hopefully, someone’s situation could be drastically improved.

For the last 6 years, we’ve offered an Essay Contest, where participants are asked to write a response to how they would be impacted by the opportunity to live rent free for an entire year! Are you a property owner interested in offering an available residence for this contest? Contact us!

In 2020, we are proud to award not 1, but 2 free apartments. Don’t miss out on this life-changing opportunity, click here for more details!
